Postpartum Strength Training
This program is open to all new moms, you do not need any “fitness” background.
When we say “strength training” we really mean starting from the basics for breath work, finding connection to your pelvic floor and core.
Program Includes:
- Private Assessment
- 8 in class sessions together (downtown)
- 16 weeks of programming
- Workouts you can do anywhere
- A friendly, fun, loving, amazing Child care provider (in session)

Erica is a fantastic coach and teacher! She is knowledgeable about strength training and postpartum care. Erica is able to differentiate her instruction and come along side each of her students wherever they are in their postpartum journey, providing one-on-one support in small group sessions.
The child care provided by Rachel is also top notch! It is clear she enjoys, and is very capable of being with children of all ages.
