Postpartum Back to Running Class
This back to running program is about getting back into your body and moving safely. I will teach you about running technique and how to engage your core, pelvic floor and posture. You will learn the benefits of intervals, up hills, down hills and pacing.

Learning how to get the most out of your runs with a stroller in hand.
Tuesday’s at 1:30 starting August 6th.
The Back to running includes:
- Full Running Programming over 5 weeks
- 1 At home Running Strength workout
- Each workout wiVideo Reference for workout, warm up and stretches. ll be a little different with different focuses. List Item

Erica is authentic, supportive and a great trainer who will meet you where you are. The mama centered workouts build intensity over the program and were easy to adapt to any of my physical challenges along the way (aches and pains from breastfeeding/ wrist issues... being a new mom). The best part is the community - you are encouraged to show up as YOU, hot mess and all! And with your baby!!! Hallelujah! The childcare and openness provided is a game changer to care for myself mentally and physically after giving birth. Talking it out with other moms while working out is soul food. I feel stronger.

Erica is an expert in her field and thanks to her I have learned so much about my postpartum body and how to best support its recovery and to rebuild my strength.
