Mobility 101


This program is built to teach you how to release the 7 most common areas of low mobility.



There are two reasons to do mobility work: to prevent getting injured and to get stronger.

What can you expect to find in this program
  • 7 mobility categories are targeted
  • the focus is on hamstrings, hip flexors, hip mobility, neck/upper trap. mobility, chest mobility and the back trigger points
  • each category will have a demo video of 3 simple and effective movements and a recommended mobility workout
  • 3 additional 15-minute mobility workouts that incorporate multiple mobility categories

This course is 100% free form and can be done in any sequence as needed.
