What can you expect to find in this program
- 7 mobility categories are targeted
- the focus is on hamstrings, hip flexors, hip mobility, neck/upper trap. mobility, chest mobility and the back trigger points
- each category will have a demo video of 3 simple and effective movements and a recommended mobility workout
- 3 additional 15-minute mobility workouts that incorporate multiple mobility categories
This course is 100% free form and can be done in any sequence as needed.
